Revelation 1:17-19

¹⁷ And when I saw him, I fell at his feet like a dead person, and he placed his right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid! I am the first and the last, ¹⁸ and the one who lives, and I was dead, and behold, I am living forever and ever^[a], and I hold the keys of death and of Hades. ¹⁹ Therefore, write the things which you saw, and the things which are, and the things which are about to take place after these things.
